When you start Adobe Premiere Elements for the first time on a version of Windows that doesn't include the Windows Media Player, you receive the error "WMVCore.dll missing."
Install Windows Media Player before starting Adobe Premiere Elements.
The error "MMVCore.dll missing" appears three times when you start Adobe Premiere Elements on a computer that doesn't have the Windows Media Player. Adobe Premiere Elements works as expected after you dismiss the message and open the application.
