Acrobat Sign uses the Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) to deliver personalized notifications that help users and admins stay informed and engaged. Notifications can be delivered by email or viewed directly in the Notification Hub.

This ensures admins and users receive the correct information at the right time—whether it’s a product release, training opportunity, or usage insight.

Notification Hub

The notification hub is the central location for configuring email notifications and reviewing current and past notifications.

The hub is accessed from the Acrobat Sign web portal under the user's Personal Preferences menu.

Accessible in Acrobat Sign under the User Profile menu.
Provides a history of past notifications with links to full details.
Includes a search option to quickly locate relevant updates.

Email notifications

Admins and users can opt in to receive emails.
Emails may include release notes, event invitations, training resources, and usage insights.
Content is personalized using account and usage data, where available.
