On the Send page, only the Recipients and the Message boxes are shown. The Files box, the Options box, and the Send button are not shown.

Cause

It usually happens due to UI language.

Resolution

Switch the UI language using the Language drop-down at the lower-left. It displays other options. Switch the UI language back to the original.
