Is there an option of Written signature on the Send page when trying to send out the document if Document Visibility is enabled?

Answer

No, there is no option of Written Signatures on the Send page. As when the signature type is selected as Written, you can download the document and sign it with Pen, which defeats the purpose of Document Visibility.
