Your email service is not configured to receive emails from Adobe Sign. You can check the error code with your IT department to figure out how to allow these emails through.
There are several troubleshooting techniques to fix email issues.
- Check the Spam folder.
- Add email@example.com to the address book or safe list.
- If the email has a stringent security setting that blocks emails with active HTML links, attachments or images, that setting has to be removed.
- Turn off filtering completely.
