1. The upload from computer file size limit is 700 kb, which the Salesforce enfornces post the Lightening version. It is 2 MB in Visual Force page.
2. The send limit for Salesforce and Adobe Sign file is 4 MB in version 18.38 and higher without callback site.
3. With callback site, the limit is 10 MB by default which is set on Adobe Sign account. If increased on your Adobe Sign account, it is applicable.
