Account Admin can enable the settings through the following steps:

The new view agreement experience works from Dashboard.

On Dashboard, under Recent Events, the user can click the agreement link.
The agreement link opens the new viewing experience of the agreements, which is similar to the view of an agreement in Acrobat.
