Change email address associated with your Acrobat Sign ID

Find out how to change the Acrobat Sign email address in the Admin Console.

Steps

  1. Sign in with your AdobeID using your existing email address https://documents.adobe.com/public/login.
  2. In the upper-right corner, select User name and choose My Information.
  3. Change the email address (and password if you like).
  4. Save my changes.

Now when you log in to Acrobat Sign using your new email address, your Acrobat Sign profile is automatically updated to your new email address.

Additional information

Your new email address cannot already be associated with an existing AdobeID or an Adobe Sign Profile.
