Objective
How to change the email address of Adobe Sign account or users experiencing issue while trying to log in to the Adobe Sign account after changing the email address under the Adobe Sign account.
- Scenario 1: Users experiencing issue while trying to change the email address under the Adobe Sign and hence receives an error message "email address is already occupied."
- Scenario 2: Users have already changed the email address under the Adobe ID account but are not able to log in to the Adobe Sign account or are not able to send the documents through Acrobat application.
Error message:
Web Interface: We have experienced an error due to possible ID change.
Acrobat: Could Not Send or Documents are still going out for signature from old email address.
