How to add an email address to the CC field in a transaction while sending agreement so that they only receive the document and are not required to sign it?

Following are the steps to add an email address to the CC field:

  1. Go to the Send page and click the Show CC link.

  2. In the CC field, add an email and send agreement.

Additional information

  • CC email receives an initial email and the final Signed and Filed email notifications. To enable Intermediate notifications for CC, reach out to Adobe Sign Support.
  • You can add maximum 11 email addresses as CC on your transaction.
