How can Agreement Action buttons such as Update, View, Delete, Cancel, Remind, Host Signing be removed from Adobe Sign Agreement record in SalesForce?





You can disable these buttons can be disabled from Adobe Sign Toolbar settings.

  1. Go to the Adobe Sign Admin tab in SalesForce.
  2. Select Custom Settings.
  3. Select Adobe Sign Toolbar settings.
  4. Click Manage.
  5. Click New. The First New button is to set Default Organization Level Value and the Second New button is to set on Profile or User level.
  6. Deselect the option that you want to remove and save.

Additional information

SalesForce Admins can change this setting as per what permissions they want to provide to the users.
