How to use Host signing in iOS Mobile App? | Adobe Sign

Objective

You can use the Host signing to get the signatures in person from the signers when document is already sent out from a Web Interface. You can also use it when the signers other than first signer signs in person.

Environment

Steps

Log in to Adobe Sign app and select Waiting for Others.
Open the agreement that you want the signer to sign.
Click the Host Signing(Pen) icon at the lower-right.

It displays a message intimating the sender to pass the device to the signer.
Click OK.

As a signer, you have to verify that you are the intended signer and then you can sign and submit the document.

Additional information

You can use the Host signing only for those documents that are already sent out for Signatures.
