A recipient in the transaction tries to delegate the agreement to the sender of the transaction and gets an error message that delegation to this user is not allowed.
The delegation settings in the account for external and internal users are already enabled.

Same email address can be added multiple times in the transaction as a participant, but once a document is sent, you cannot delegate it to the email address that is already in the transaction.
