When sending Quote for signature, how does one add additional recipients apart from the ones in the customer record?
The requirement is that multiple contacts have to be added in the agreement record. The organization is applying the basic functionality and does not want the users to be able to use the highlighted features.
Adobe has locked these lists by default.
Follow the below steps to add more recipients while sending Quote for Signature:
- Go to the Quote.
- Click Send for signature button.
- Agreement page appears.
- Click Edit button.
- Scroll down and Add on recipients tab.
- Click Dropdown.
- Select New from the dropdown.
- Enter the details and click Save.
- Click Add.
- Recipient is added to the agreement.
