Does Acrobat Sign support trial or developer users?

Are there any support options for trial users and developers?

No. Acrobat Sign online technical support is reserved for customers with an active Acrobat Sign subscription. Only paying customers with an active subscription can avail the online technical support.  

Non-paying users, such as trial users and developers can use the Acrobat Sign forum to seek support from the Acrobat Sign community.

Additional information

If you have an active subscription, login to your Acrobat Sign account and click on the Get help question mark icon at the top-right corner of your screen. It indicates the assisted support options that you are subscribed to and are available to you.
