Automatic status updates have stopped working and simultaneously, the agreement events on the agreement record stopped updating.
Do the agreement events update automatically once the automatic status updates start to work? If not, is there a way to manually update the events?
The way to update the Agreement events is by clicking the agreement tab which opens the list of agreements. Select the “ALL” view at the upper-left side. In this view, you can select the agreement to be updated. Then select update at the upper-right side (Screenshot attached).
