The message templates created in a specific language (like English UK) are not shown on the Send page even though the Account language is set to English UK.
User when goes to Send page, there is no Message template listed in the list.
Message Template is dependent upon the agreement locale of that specific transaction. To make the message templates visible, the user has to change the "Recipients Language" on the Send page. When the user changed the Recipe to make the message templates visible Language to English UK, the templates created in this language became visible.
