If the users are migrated from one org to another, what happens to their associated agreements and also to the status?

Answer

1. If the agreements are migrated from one org to another, agreement does not receive automatic status updates (latest events, status, attachments, image URLs, PDF links). As a result, data mapping and other functionalities cease to work for those migrated agreements.
2. If the agreements are not migrated but only the users are migrated, then agreements continue to receive status updates as long as the Salesforce OAuth user configured for automatic status updates is present in that org.
