When a recipient replies to the email notification from echosign@echosign.com, where does that email go? Is it possible to access the emails sent to this mailbox?


When a signer or CC replies to email notifications from echosign@echosign.com, it goes to the email address of the sender. It is because the reply-to email in these notifications is saved as email address of the sender. It applies to all the Adobe Sign notifications a recipient receives.
However, for sender reply-to email is always echosign@echosign.com. It is not possible access the emails sent to echosign@echosign.com.

Additional information

You can change Reply-to email (for signers and CCs) on Admins request on the user, group, and account level.
