Why the check box to update the Company name for all the users in Account setup is deselected every-time the admin loads the page?

The company name check box is a one-time setting, which means, if check box is selected, the setting is applied on the entire account, and then the check box is deselected.

The setting is available in the account admins. Navigate to Account > Account Settings > Account Setup.
