Log in to your Adobe Acrobat Sign account - New version

Alert

This article contains prerelease information. Release dates, features, and other information are subject to change without notice.

Use your email address to access Adobe Acrobat Sign through the public login page or a custom URL provided by your organization. Acrobat Sign automatically detects your account settings and directs you to the correct sign-in method.

Accessing the login page

Open the public login page:

https://secure.adobesign.com/public/login

Some organizations use a custom login URL to streamline access. A custom URL replaces the standard hostname with your organization’s hostname and environment.

Example:

  • Standard URL: https://secure.adobesign.com/public/login
  • Custom URL: https://caseyjones.na1.adobesign.com/public/login

In this example:

  • caseyjones is the organization’s hostname
  • na1 is the host environment

If your organization uses a custom URL, your administrator will provide it to you.

Authentication methods you may see

The options shown depend on how your account is configured. Most users see one or two methods.

  • Password: Sign in using credentials managed directly by Acrobat Sign.
  • Federated authentication: Sign in through your organization’s identity provider. Selecting this option redirects you to your company’s authentication system.
  • Continue with Adobe: Sign in using the Adobe Identity Management System. This method is used when user accounts are managed through the Adobe Admin Console.
  • Continue with Google: Sign in using your Google account.

Use the method your organization recommends.

Important user account details

  • One email per user: Each Acrobat Sign user ID is associated with a single email address for signing in.
  • One Acrobat Sign profile: Only one user profile for a given email can be enabled for Acrobat Sign.
  • Multiple Adobe profiles: If your email address is associated with multiple Adobe profiles, only the profile enabled for Acrobat Sign will allow access.
  • Profile selection errors: If you sign in with a profile that isn’t enabled for Acrobat Sign, you’ll see a message prompting you to switch to the correct profile.

If you’re unsure which email address or profile to use, contact your administrator to confirm how your account was set up.

Troubleshooting login issues

  • If the login page doesn’t display the expected sign-in options, verify that you've entered the correct email address.
  • If you manage multiple Adobe profiles, ensure you select the profile associated with Acrobat Sign.
  • If you still can’t sign in, your administrator can confirm your account configuration in the Admin Console.
