How do I access Frame.io Plus?
To access Frame.io Plus, you must purchase a subscription to Frame.io Plus on Adobe.com. After trialing or subscribing to the plan, you'll receive an email from Adobe with a redemption link to access your account. Select the redemption link and follow the prompts on Frame.io to get access to the Frame.io Plus plan.
Why can't I redeem Frame.io Plus?
Once you subscribe to or sign up for a Frame.io Plus trial on Adobe.com, you’ll receive an email from Adobe with a redemption link to access your Frame.io Plus plan. If you are having trouble accessing your account after clicking that link and following the prompts on Frame.io, email support@frame.io to help troubleshoot.
You can cancel your trial or subscription to the Frame.io Plus plan on your Adobe account page.

How do I get more users and storage?
Frame.io Plus comes with 1 TB of storage and 5 users included. Additional users and storage cannot be added to Frame.io Plus now. If you want to access additional users and storage on your Frame.io account, cancel your Frame.io subscription on Adobe.com and purchase a plan directly on the Frame.io Pricing page.
