Work faster with prompt bar in Acrobat Studio
The prompt bar experience on the Acrobat Studio homepage brings AI assistance, search, and creation capabilities of Acrobat and Adobe Express into one streamlined space. Skip the menus and just say what you want to do. Enter a simple, natural-language prompt, and the tool guides you to the right actions, answers, or tools, turning intent into outcomes in fewer steps.
Unified starting point for your work
Designed as an intelligent command surface, the prompt bar centralizes everyday tasks so you can stay focused on what you want to achieve. Whether you’re exploring a document, generating content, or searching your files, the prompt bar removes friction and helps you get to result faster.
From the prompt bar, you can call on a curated set of high‑value actions, including:
- Asking questions about your documents with Doc Q&A and get instant answers without manually searching through content.
- Generating images using Adobe Express directly from the homepage.
- Creating professional presentations in minutes using natural‑language commands.
- Searching across PDFs, PDF Spaces, and Adobe Express files, all from one place.
- Accessing Acrobat tools instantly when working on desktop.
- Exploring ready‑to‑use Adobe Express templates for flyers, invoices, and other projects.
These capabilities give you faster access to the tools you already use while helping you discover new ways to work and create.
Availability and access
The prompt bar is currently available in limited release for Acrobat Studio users on desktop and web, in English only. Other users will see the existing experience until the broader rollout.
The prompt bar doesn’t replace the Acrobat tools. Instead, it provides a quicker, more intelligent way to reach them, helping you search, create, and explore without interrupting your flow.
