Share a PDF Space so recipients can access and navigate your content in one place. Customize the Overview by editing AI-generated summaries, arranging items, and adding content such as notes, podcasts, or branding.

Note
Recipients of shared PDF Spaces can view them only in the supported languages. If your current language isn’t supported, switch to one of the currently supported languages.
Select Share from the top menu.
Customize what the recipients view first:
- Overview: Recipients view the customized Overview.
- The complete file list: Recipients view all files in the Space.
- Spotlight a file: Recipients view the selected file.
Select Done.
Choose how to share:
- Invite people: Enter the recipient's name or email, review the message, and select Send.
- Direct link share: Select Copy link , then share the copied link with recipients.
- Share via third-party apps: Select any third-party app, such as Outlook, Gmail, Teams, or WhatsApp, and follow the onscreen instructions.

Note
Under Link settings, select Change to choose who can access the PDF Space and their permission level. You can modify each recipient's permissions at any time.
