Issue
Add-in crash on MAC during screen sharing for more than 15 minutes if Show Application cursor is On during meeting.
Environment
- Adobe Connect Hosted
- Adobe Connect On-Premise
- Adobe Connect versions 9.6, 9.7 This is Fixed in 9.7.5 - CONN-4088104
- MAC OS 10.11.x, 10.12.x
Cause
This may be caused if “Show application cursor” is enabled in the meeting room.
Resolution
To fix this disable “Show application cursor” in the meeting.
Steps to disable “Show application cursor” option:

Click the “Meeting” tab on the upper-left corner of the meeting room.

Click Preferences on the pop-up menu:

Select “Screen Share” in the dialog box and deselect “Show Application Cursor” in the “Cursor” field.

Click “Done”.

Note:
A Named Host can make the changes to the meeting room settings.
