- Whenever a call is disconnected from any engineer’s work station, it's the responsibility of that engineer to call back the customer at the number displayed on the screen.
- A Tier 2 Engineer is also required to send an email to DL-CTI to report this callback, including Rahul and Animesh in the email.
- The Engineer needs to mention the time and Work center ID in the email to DL-cti.
