Camera pod goes gray | Adobe Connect recording

Issue

The Camera Pod becomes gray in Adobe Connect recordings, causing out of sync playback when the camera feed does eventually return. This issue occurs if you hide the Camera Pod while the Pod is in use, then restart it later, while the Meeting is being recorded.

Solution

This issue was introduced in Adobe Connect 8, and corrected in Adobe Connect release 8.1.2. If you do not currently have this upgrade, don't hide the Camera Pod during recorded Meeting sessions.
