This article helps you with steps to Disable Chat notifications in Adobe Connect Meeting Room.
Environment
- Adobe Connect Hosted
- Adobe Connect On-Premise
- Adobe Connect version 9.5 and higher
Steps
- Go to Meeting Tab in your account.
- Select Preferences Option.
- Select Option Chat Pod -> Click DropDown menu.
- Select Disable.
Chat notification gets turned off in the meeting room following the above steps.
