Key issue
When using the built-in microphone on certain Logitech webcams in Adobe Connect, other participants hear robotic, distorted, choppy, or garbled audio. The speaker themselves may not notice any issue locally.
This is a hardware/driver-level issue with specific Logitech webcam microphones and is not caused by Adobe Connect.

Workarounds
Workaround 1 (Recommended): Use a Different Microphone
Use a separate audio device instead of the webcam’s built-in microphone.
- Connect an external audio device to your computer like a Bluetooth or wired headphones
- When inside the Adobe Connect room, select the external microphone instead of the Logitech webcam mic
This fully avoids the issue.
Workaround 2: Apply Logitech Webcam Microphone Fix (Windows)
Use this workaround to update the Logitech Webcam microphone settings based on your Windows version. These steps help reduce audio distortion caused by incorrect sampling rates and USB audio conflicts.
