Issue

Adobe Connect Error Saving offline is recording mp4, "You do not have permission to save at this location".

If Safety Mode is enabled on a browser, it detects Adobe Flash/Add-in window as untrustworthy sometimes and blocks it from running.

Following steps could be followed to resolve this:

Internet Explorer:

Click Start.
Type inetcpl.cpl into Search box and press Enter.
Switch to Security tab and uncheck “Enable Protected Mode (requires restarting Internet Explorer)”.
Click OK.

Mozilla Firefox:

Click the Menu button, followed by Add-ons.
Click the plug-ins panel and select Options next to Shockwave Flash.
Remove the check mark next to Enable Adobe Flash protected mode.
Click the menu button and then click Exit to close Firefox completely, so that the change can take effect.
