Error when uploading file in a Connect Meeting

The following error may be seen when uploading a PowerPoint file to a meeting:

Reason

This error occurs when the file name exceeds the 80-character limit.

Solution

Rename the file to comply with the file name limit. The file extension (.ppt, .swf, .jpg) must also be included in the count for the entire file name. It is better to rename the file to have no more than 76 characters (75 characters if the file extension contains 4 characters, such as .jpeg).
