Host hears echo while using telephone in Adobe Connect meeting room

Host connecting the meeting room hears echo sound while talking to the participant user.

Participant user talking/hearing on both the computer mic and speakers at the same time creates an audio loop.


  1. Participant user is recommended to use headset instead of computer mic/speakers to fix this issue.
  2. User can mute either the mic or the speakers to fix this for them.

Additional information

The echo occurs due to audio from computer speakers going into head set microphone creating duplicate audio.
