Adobe Presenter Crashes while recording audio on slides

PowerPoint crashes due to Adobe Presenter plugin while recording audio on the slides which results in loss of audio on the all the slides. Below are the steps need to be followed in order to resolve this issue:

1: Close Powerpoint if it is running.
2: Download the attached zip file and extract it at some location. It will give you two files – PpsAudio.dll and PpsPower.dll.
3: Go the Presenter install location. Usually it is “c:\Program Files\Adobe\Presenter 7”
4: You will find two file with the same name as in step 1. Rename those files.
5: Copy the files from Step 1 to Presenter install folder.

Start PowerPoint and try to record the audio again and it should resolve the problem.
