Use these procedures to contact support teams of Adobe telephony providers for any telephony-related issues. Also use them to obtain mp3 files, or resolve other customer issues.
- Call the PGi Tier1 Helpdesk first to report the problem and get the Premiere Ticket opened:

- For follow-up on existing Premiere Tickets, call 888-861-6460. Or, email them at awtier2@pgi.com (The email goes directly to the Tier 2 team.)
For any escalations on existing issues/high priority tickets, contact Rebeccah.Gadlin@pgi.com: Team Lead.
