Create a Windows ID, in this example, ConnectService, and give the ConnectService ID write privileges to the Windows share, as shown in the images below.
Issue
When configuring Acrobat Connect Enterprise Server Shared Storage using the Connect Console application, you may run into the error message "Not a valid shared storage path. The path doesnt exist or is not writable".
Reason
This error means that the Adobe Connect Enterprise Service is not able to write to the Windows share that was setup.
Solution
To resolve the issue, the Adobe Connect Enterprise Service must be configured so that it is able to write to the Windows share.
Following are the steps to configure the service to use a Windows ID that has privileges to the Windows share:

Now, configure the Windows service to run using the ConnectService ID.

Restart the Windows service.

Select Save in the Connect Console again.
