Watson - Add bug votes | Tier 2

If a Tier 2 Engineer discovers that an issue they're investigating is related to a known bug, they are required to add a vote to the bug on behalf of the customer.

Here is the URL to login to Watson. Log in using your LDAP credentials.

• Once logged in, type the bug number in the search box. Locate the bug and click Votes/Duplicates.
  

• Choose Add Vote > Select External Proxy.

• Put the ticket number in the empty text box. Under Vote, provide the information about the customer account and their contact information.

• Save the page and close.
