Learn how to cancel your Creative Cloud membership or plan.

    We’re sorry to see you go! You'll need to contact Adobe to cancel an annual membership. Here's how:

    1. To cancel your annual membership at any time, click here to Contact Us and sign in with your Adobe ID and password.

    2. The Need help? page will appear. Scroll down and choose your preferred contact option.

    3. A customer care agent will assist you with cancelling your plan.

    If you cancel your annual membership (individual or team) within 14 days, you will receive a full refund. Otherwise, you are billed 50 percent of your remaining contract obligation. Before you cancel your membership, please read the Adobe subscription terms.

    To cancel your membership in the last month (month 12), you don’t need to call customer support. Follow the steps in the "Cancel a month-to-month membership" section, below.


    In most countries, you can cancel a month-to-month membership online. Follow the steps below.

    Note: If you reside in one of the countries listed here, please contact Adobe customer support. Follow the steps in the "Cancel an annual membership" section above.

    1. Go to http://adobe.com/go/account and sign in with your Adobe ID and password. Your Adobe ID is the email address you used when you signed up for your membership.

    2. Under Plans & Products, click Manage plan.

    3. Click Cancel plan.

    4. In the Cancel Plan confirmation pop-up, click subscription terms to review the cancellation terms or click Customer Support to request cancellation.


    Contact your account manager to cancel an enterprise membership.


    If you purchased your membership from a seller other than Adobe, contact the seller for assistance.
