What's changing?
We're making an update to Adobe Podcast Premium, but your experience isn't changing. You'll continue to have access to Adobe Podcast Premium, your existing projects, and your content.
Starting August 30, 2026, Adobe will no longer be selling Adobe Podcast Premium as a standalone plan to new members. As an existing subscriber, we’re adding Firefly Standard to your account at no extra cost, and you'll gain 2,000 generative credits each month. No action is required if you want to continue with this plan. These changes will happen automatically on August 30, 2026.
If you cancel after August 30, 2026, you'll need to purchase a different plan to regain access to Adobe Podcast Premium features, as your current plan will no longer be available.
AI audio is evolving fast. By bringing Adobe Podcast into Firefly, we can build on everything you already use and expand into new AI audio capabilities like generating music, sound effects, and speech. For those of you using Enhance Speech on its own, it's not going anywhere; it'll continue to be available, and you’ll also have Firefly’s image, video, and design tools right there whenever you want to explore them.
No action is required. You will continue to have access to your current Podcast Premium plan, and your existing projects and content will remain available. If you cancel your subscription after August 30, 2026, you will need to purchase a separate plan to regain access to Podcast Premium features.
Yes, through August 29, 2026, new customers can still sign up for Adobe Podcast Premium. Starting August 30, 2026, Adobe Podcast Premium will no longer be sold as its own plan. If you visit podcast.adobe.com and go through checkout on or after that date, you'll be prompted to sign up for the Firefly Pro plan, which includes everything Podcast offered (Enhance Speech and more).
What you keep and what you get
Yes, you will continue to have access to your current Podcast Premium plan, including Enhance Speech and Podcast Studio.
With the Firefly Pro plan, you'll have access to:
- Everything you currently use in Podcast, including Enhance Speech and Podcast Studio.
- The full range of Firefly generative tools, such as AI audio (soundtrack, speech, sound effects), image creation, and video tools, with 4,000 generative credits/month, double the 2,000/month included with the Firefly Standard plan.
- Expanded image and video capabilities, for things like episode cover art, social posts, promos, and trailers.
Yes, you will continue to have access to your existing projects and content.
Pricing and your rate
No, you'll remain at your current pricing; your Podcast Premium access stays the same, and Firefly Standard will be added to your account at no additional cost. If you cancel your subscription after August 30, 2026, you will need to purchase the Firefly Pro plan to regain access to Podcast Premium features.
