Start Trial screen stops responding

Issue: Adobe Premiere Elements stops responding when you click Start Trial

When you launch the Video Editor after installing a trial version of Adobe Premiere Elements, a Start Trial screen appears. After you click Start Trial, the screen appears to freeze or crash.

Solution: Allow the software a few minutes to launch

After clicking Start Trial, wait for a few seconds or minutes for the software to launch. This delay occurs only during the first launch of your trial software.
