Issue
When a user invokes context-sensitive help from an application, the user is not directed to the specific help topic. All context-sensitive help calls are redirected to the default help topic. This happens if the WebHelp opens in Firefox v41.0.1.
Solution
To resolve this issue, do the following:

Take backup of the following files:
- template_csh\whcsh_home.htm
- template_stock\whstart.js

Extract the contents from the attached archive.
Download
The archive contains the following folders:
- template_csh
- template_stock

Copy the extracted folders and paste in the directory specified in step 1.
When you are prompted, click Yes to merge these folders with the existing folders

Regenerate WebHelp.
