Double Bullets and Numbering in Word

Double bullets and numbering are happening because you have Word's Auto Formatting features turned on.

To eliminate auto formatting of bullets and numbers by Word:

To prevent problems with bullets and numbering, use the styles in the Robohelp.dot template called "Topic Text Numbered" and Topic Text Bulleted . These styles have been especially formatted for this purpose.
