Robohelp 10 crashes on importing an XML or a PDF file on a Source Control Project

Solution

Configure the registry setting for Microsoft Team Foundation Server on your computer.

32-bit computers

1. Go to HKLM >Software> Microsoft >Team Foundation Server MSSCCI Provider > Settings
2. Create a key as RoboHelp.
3. Add Key “ROBOHTML.EXE” Under “RoboHelp” Key
   
4. Create a DWORD in the ROBOHTML.EXE key with the following parameter

• Value name: issues
• Value data: d1
• Base: Hexadecimal

64-bit computers

1. Go to HKLM > Software> Wow6432node > Microsoft > Team Foundation Server MSSCCI Provider > Settings.
2. Create a key as RoboHelp.
3. Add Key “ROBOHTML.EXE” Under “RoboHelp” Key
   
4. Create a DWORD in ROBOHTML.EXE key with the following parameters:

• Value name: issues
• Value data:d1
• Base: Hexadecimal
