You can create PDF Spaces and share them as a custom, guided experience—bringing together files, contextual summaries, audio overviews, and an AI Assistant to help convey your message clearly. Sharing uses preset access levels and permissions:
- Private: Only invited collaborators can access the space
- Organization: Anyone in your organization can access it
- Public: Anyone with the link can access it; no sign‑in required (avoid public links for sensitive content)
By default, recipients can access all shared content, including files and notes, and engage with summaries, audio, or the AI Assistant to explore the information. Signed‑in users can also re‑share the PDF Space.
