You can't create or edit Adobe Captivate 5.5 demos in RoboHelp 9.

Go to <RoboHelp_install_folder>\RoboHTML and make a backup of the bsrdRoboDemoWrapperServices.dll file.

Download the following bsrdRoboDemoWrapperServices.zip, extract the bsrdRoboDemoWrapperServices.dll and replace the existing DLL file.
