Download the following zip file, extract the BaseLibrary.dll from the archive and save the .dll file to your installation folder.

Issue
A JPEG file saved from Photoshop CS5 is a red square when imported into RoboHelp HTML. The red square appears both in the Insert Image dialog box and in the topic in the Editor. However, the image appears correctly in the topic or project preview and output.

Note: Keep a backup of the existing BaseLibrary.dll file.

Restart RoboHelp.
Additional information
Photoshop CS5 saves JPEGs only in Exif format. Previous versions support both Exif and JFIF formats.
