When does my plan renew?

Annual plan, prepaid

For annual plans, you can set your subscription renewal preferences to either renew automatically or end it after the annual term. 

If you opt-in to automatic renewal, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each annual term until you cancel or opt-out of automatic renewal. If you don't automatically renew, you will lose access to your products and services at the end of the annual term.

Annual plan, paid monthly

Your membership automatically renews each year on your annual subscription date until you cancel it. We will notify you as your 12-month renewal date is approaching and will advise you about any changes that may take effect.

Month-to-month plan

You’ll be charged the rate stated at the time of purchase, every month, until you cancel. Your monthly rate is subject to change, but we’ll always notify you beforehand.

How can I manage my auto-renewal settings?

Annual plan, prepaid

You can opt to renew your membership automatically for annual plan, prepaid by following these steps: 

  1. Under Billing and payment, use the toggle to turn auto-renewal on or off.

    Adobe Account home page displays the auto-renewal toggle and other account-related information.
    Once you turn off auto-renewal, you can also edit your payment method or add a new one through Edit billing and payment.

ANNUAL plan, PAID MONTHLY

You need to cancel your membership to turn off auto-renewal for your annual plan, paid monthly..

month-to-month plan

You need to cancel your membership to turn off auto-renewal for your monthly plan.
