Starting with 12/31/2023, Adobe has ended download support for Lightroom 6. Therefore, you'll not be able to download Lightroom version 6.14.

Syncing Status for Lightroom 6.14
Syncing for Lightroom 6.14 ended in August 2022. After that, Lightroom Classic 11.5 or later will be required to continue syncing.
