The Facebook publish plug-in shows "unauthorized" and will not re-authenticate. Previously published images and albums are no longer visible on Facebook.

Solution

This issue was resolved at 11pm PST, May 11th, 2017.

Additional information: Lightroom used a generic email account to upload to Facebook and that account was temporarily blocked. Previously uploaded photos were temporarily turned off from that account, but they weren’t deleted; all customer images should be where they were. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we’ve updated our account to make sure this doesn’t happen again.
