System information to debug

Illustrator on the web (Beta) requests OS, graphics card, RAM, and CPU information to help investigate crash issues.

Windows

Select Start, and in the search bar, type dxdiag.

When the DirectX diagnostic tool appears, select Open.

Refer to the System (CPU and RAM) and Display (GPU) tabs to gather the requested system information.

Follow the steps mentioned in the system information on your Mac.
