Start a new document in Illustrator on the web (Beta).
From the Illustrator on the web (Beta) homepage

In the dialog that appears, you can:
- Select a file from All templates or Popular dimension.
- Select Custom blank size to customize your artboard, and then select Create to get started.
From the Illustrator on the web (Beta) workspace
If you're already on the Illustrator on the web (Beta) workspace, select the Show menu icon, and then select New.
- Select Popular dimensions to select from a preset of document sizes.
- Select Custom blank size to set your own document dimensions.
